Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson

My review

My favorite part is when the moose and the porcupine eat Harold's pie. My second favorite part is when Harold draws a big, purple city with big, purple buildings and lots of windows. My third favorite part is when Harold meets the terribly frightening dragon under the apple tree. In conclusion, this is the best book ever written.
