Wow! I just listened to the Podcast...so true and touching as always. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with all of us, especially with special education teachers like me. It makes me feel a little less crazy in a field that seems to have the capacity to drive me to insanity.
It's always gratifying when a good teacher is recoginized by the media, especially one that has experienced as much as you.
BTW, I too wonder why special ed teachers get less Teacher's Choice money. Prehaps Randi can explain it.
